Biography

Amy Dunn Taylor has tried virtually every type of civil case and has been on both sides of the docket on many different types of cases. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and nationally by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in civil trial law. She has taught civil trial and pretrial for the last 21 years. She is a former President of the Houston Bar Association, former President of the Metropolitan Bar Caucus and an Executive Council Member for the National Conference of Bar Presidents.

Amy received a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1982 and a B.A., cum laude from Trinity University in 1978.

    • Successfully defended hundreds of defendants throughout Texas in medical implant, asbestos, silica, and benzene claims and has worked as Texas counsel with attorneys in other states and with national counsel
